Moms in the Mission
Moms in the Mission is a mission-focused group for all women in the community. If you are looking for an opportunity to develop friendships with other moms while making a difference in the lives of others, then this is the group for you! In addition to our monthly mission activity, there will be time for food, fellowship and small group discussion at each meeting. Guest speakers will be present at some of the meetings.
This group meets at Rejoice on the second Tuesday of each month from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., September through May. We warmly welcome new members to join the group throughout the year. This is an open group, and members may come and go from the group as their schedules permit. There is no cost to join, and child care is available for infants through preschoolers for a nominal fee (advance registration is requested). Please click here to register.

How Do We Fulfill Our Mission?
We are planting seeds for service in the hearts of every mom by introducing various types of service needs in our community and in our world. In our busy lives, many of us want to help others, but planning service activities takes time. Moms in the Mission does the planning for you. A different mission activity will be performed at each meeting. For example, we may host a group food drive asking each person to bring can(s) of food to the meeting. Other meetings will simply require your presence to complete a project, such as addressing Christmas cards for Companions Journeying Together.
We are nurturing one another through friendship by providing an atmosphere that promotes fellowship and small group discussion. We believe that developing friendships with other moms is a foundation that impacts our families, our communities and our world.
We are growing deeply rooted in Christ through service, fellowship, devotionals and small group discussion incorporated into each meeting. We recognize that we are all at different places in our faith journey. You will find that our meetings are relaxed and open so that each mom feels comfortable.
We are branching out to reach others through our mission activities and beyond.
